ASSOCIATE OPERATIONS SR - In addition to all of the duties of a level I & II
associate, performs all core tasks in an assigned team, project or functional
area including the following:
* Performs specialized project tasks/assignments of a more complex nature
* Performs complex state of the art advanced fabrication or inspection
functions in a research or pre-production environment * Builds CAT3 hardware,
prototypes, large complex systems * Builds RF & multi-function cables * Builds
harnesses on a computer system * Solders ribbons/stripline skills for RF
performance * Performs complex incorporation of MCO’s & VA’s * Reads &
interprets complex Engineering schematics & drawings * Maintains & operates
complex equipment/tooling * Performs complex electrical tests * Assists in the
development of paperwork * Collects equipment/process data * Prepares Quality
Dept. paperwork (CAR, MRF, DR)
Organizes shipment of product Team Tasks:
Cross trains team members in complex tasks * Leads team meetings & encourage
participation * Acts as a role model for appropriate skills & behaviors * Acts
as a liaison between other teams/functions * Helps develop goals & objectives
for the team * Identifies ways to utilize CI tools (Lean, 5S, 6-sigma, etc.)
to reduce cycle time, defects & costs Operations Project Leaders Other
departments.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
High School Diploma or Equivalent & 6 years of applicable experience * Ability
to interpret complex documents, routings, & schematics * Ability to perform
auto mechanic functions * Ability to organize multiple tasks * Ability of
computer literacy * Knowledge of Statistics & SPC applications * Knowledge of
Configuration Control procedures. US Citizen capible of obtaining a DoD
Security Clearance.
