Job Title: TECHNICIAN, SENIOR TEST

Job Description:

TEST TECHNICIAN SENIOR - Contract Electrical Test Technician with a minimum of
7 years of recent experience digital &/or RF/microwave circuit testing &
troubleshooting. The selected candidate will be required to perform complex
system level & board level troubleshooting to the component level. Interpret
complex engineering drawings, diagrams & schematics, & understand the
necessary interfaces. Participate & sometimes lead process improvement
activities, to include update, modification and release of new & existing test
procedures & other documentation. Construct, modify, debug, troubleshoot,
calibrate, test & adjust a variety of tools, equipment & systems. Design,
construct & modify complex tools & fixtures to accomplish unique tasks.
Conduct, analyze & document statistically based experiments to defined process
parameters. Perform complicated/unique preventative maintenance tasks.
Demonstrate professionalism, leadership & initiative in daily activities. Can
be expected to lead, direct, organize technical work. Personal protective
equipment such as safety shoes may be required in some areas, the ability to
lift 60lbs in some case unassisted may also be required. In some cases solder
certification training may be required. Associates Degree in a technical field
related to electronics & a minimum of 7 years of demonstrated results.
Advanced data entry & computer navigations skills are required. Knowledge of
digital signal processing, broadband RF & power amplifier technologies is
desirable. Experience with test software development using NI TestStand,
LabView &/or LabWindows CVI is a plus. Applicant must be capable of obtaining
a US Security Clearance. Applicant must be a US Citizen.
