As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to upset our way of life, I want to emphasis CPI’s commitment to our internal staff, employees – and to our clients.
We understand that our employees, clients and vendors are all struggling with the ramifications of COVID-19. As we continue to navigate these challenging times, please know that the CPI team is dedicated to working for you and with you through this crisis.
Our offices remain open in accordance with the President’s guidance. The defense industrial base has a “special responsibility” to the country to maintain a normal work schedule in this time of need. The Pentagon has reinforced his guidance, stating that “…workers in the defense industry are critical infrastructure workers amid the coronavirus pandemic and should keep working.”
Although CPI continues to support our esteemed government projects/suppliers, CPI also has long and crucial business relationships with the Big 3, tiered automotive suppliers, as well some of the largest and most respected international manufacturing, telecommunications and IT companies in the world.
We have been supporting some of these household names for more than three decades. Today, we remain committed and ready to support all of these companies, as they are instrumental in keeping the US economic engine roaring – putting people to work and providing our employees with the highest standard of living anywhere in the world.
Our experienced and steady management team has been working diligently to ensure that we all will emerge from these very difficult times – stronger and more resolved than ever.
CPI’s core management team remains onsite at our corporate office based in Waterford, Michigan. Each member of the management team is practicing strict social distancing. In addition, all CPI locations continue to be sanitized in accordance with the CDC’s guidelines.
CPI’s recruiters and all additional staff are either working remotely or managing our satellite office(s) onsite to ensure there is continuity of service.
Even under these extreme and stress inducing circumstances, our experienced recruiters continue to provide our clients with the talent they need to meet or exceed their business objectives.
