The current WOTC Survey Giveaway runs December 1, 2023 – February 29, 2024. The giveaway begins promptly at 8:00am (EST) on December 1, 2023 and it closes promptly at 5:00pm (EST) on February 29, 2024. Please note: There is no purchase necessary to participate in this giveaway. Eligibility: If you are 18 years or older, you are eligible to participate in the WOTC Survey Giveaway. If you have not received a survey link from one of our recruiters and you’d like to participate, please drop us a line and let us know. We’ll send you the survey link and enter you into the survey giveaway. Connect with us by clicking here.
The drawing will take place at noon (EST) on April 3, 2024. The winner will be chosen at random. The selection will be administered by the Contract Professionals, Inc. Human Resources Department. The winner will be notified via telephone and email by 6:00pm (EST) on April 4, 2023.
The winner will receive $500! The monies will be sent one of the following ways:
1.If you are currently a CPI employee or if you have worked for CPI within CPI’s last fiscal year, the monies will be processed through the CPI payroll department. It ($500) will be taxed with 25% tax rate.
2. If you are not a CPI employee, you will receive a a pre-loaded digital Visa/Mastercard gift card, which will be emailed to your email of record. A 1099 will be issued to any prize winner that is not a current or past CPI employee.*
We (the CPI team) must receive written notification that the winner will accept the cash prize of $500 in the form of a digital Visa/Mastercard gift card. The winner must send written notification to: Contract Professionals, Inc. c/0 Tricia Wilson Address: 4141 W. Walton Blvd. Waterford, Michigan 48329.
The winner is responsible for all taxes associated with this $500 prize (if any). The winner will receive the $500 digital Visa/Mastercard gift card via email within 30 days of receipt of the winner announcement.
