As an engineering and technical recruitment company focused on veteran out-processing, CPI interfaces directly with Transition Service Specialists and Managers, the Veteran’s Department of Workforce Commission, Contract Installation Managers, Soldier Readiness Processing Centers and many more, to access out-processing veterans. We hire veterans for defense and public-sector clients and deploy them around the world.

Identify, locate and employ veterans and disabled veterans throughout the United States and overseas.

  1. Assign dedicated recruiting team. Size of team determined by the range and scope of the project.
    • Number of employees needed.
    • Manpower ramp up schedule.
    • Geographic locations that require coverage.
  2. Determine pre-employment medical and background screening process requirements.
  3. Identify DoD TS clearance requirements and facilitate all necessary processing.
    • Initiate clearance process.
    • Transfer current clearances.
    • Site visitation letters.
  4. Define skill sets required for each discipline.
  5. Evaluate location(s), duration, shifts, hours worked per week.
  6. Identify applicable MOS (Military Occupational Specialty) codes, which coincide with civilian skill sets.
  7. Assign applicable pay and bill rates for each discipline.
  8. Evaluate current employees on projects that are approaching completion.
  9. Identify prior employees that are proven performers and determine availability.
  10. Utilize our current and prior employees for referrals of other qualified candidates.
  11. Initiate and maintain communication with all applicable military transition centers to locate all qualified candidates.
