Every veteran knows the value of his or her DD214 (Report of Separation) or DD2586 (Verification of Military Experience and Training) for VA-related purposes. These documents are also important as you prepare to enter the civilian workforce. Make sure you have copies of your DD214 and DD2586 to show CPI or your new employer.

For Army and Marine Corps veterans, the CPI defense recruitment team will review your Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) code in order to match your associated skills and experience with potential civilian employment opportunities.

For United States Air Force veterans, the CPI defense recruitment team will review your Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) in order to match your associated skills and experience with potential civilian employment opportunities.

For Navy veterans, the CPI defense recruitment team will review your General Rating/Service Rating and Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) in order to match your associated skills and experience with potential civilian employment opportunities.

For United States Coast Guard veterans, the CPI defense recruitment team will review your rating (general occupations, which consist of specific skills and abilities) in order to match your associated skills and experience with potential civilian employment opportunities.
