Jack W. Van Tiem
President

Jack W. Van Tiem became President of Contract Professionals, Inc. (CPI) in 2023, bringing a clear focus on driving sustainable, long-term growth. Since stepping into the role, he has guided CPI with a steady, forward-looking leadership approach grounded in operational discipline and strategic expansion.
Drawing on extensive experience leading large-scale staffing and talent acquisition portfolios, international MSP operations, and executive consulting and coaching engagements, Jack brings a proven, results-driven perspective to the organization.
A recognized leader within the staffing industry, Jack has demonstrated consistent success in business development. His expertise spans both acquiring new clients and re-engaging existing ones — delivering measurable impact through new logo growth and strategic client recapture — reflecting a comprehensive understanding of how to strengthen both revenue and long-term partnerships.
Equally important, Jack’s deep knowledge of talent acquisition and retention strategies complements his business leadership. This integrated perspective ensures CPI continues to attract and retain top-tier talent while expanding its client base with purpose and precision.
Jay Vorobel
Executive Vice President

Jay Vorobel is the Executive Vice President for Contract Professionals, Inc.. Jay brings more than 35 years of sales and corporate management experience to the CPI team. He plays a pivotal role on the CPI team; providing support and strategic managerial input to the president and management team.
Jay identifies and leads new business development initiatives and opportunities. He has been responsible for securing in excess of $450 million worth of revenue within the defense and mobility verticals over the last three decades.
Tricia Wilson
Vice President of Finance

For the past 25 years, Patricia Wilson (Tricia) has been providing strategic financial resource management services at CPI. Tricia assists in the development and monitoring of financial strategies and budgets. She is also responsible for business and financial forecasting in order to maximize profits and productivity.
Tricia sets a “gold standard” for the performance of the CPI accounting department. She works to develop and conduct training activities with the accounting staff, in order to ensure that individual and group objectives are met.
Cathy Quintana
Director of Human Resources/FSO

A member of the Contract Professionals, Inc. team since 1996, Cathy Quintana has been an invaluable part of the CPI team. In 1997, Cathy became a team leader in the accounting department, where she was responsible for general oversight processes, including payroll management, billing, AP, and AR. In 2009, Cathy assumed the role of Quality Manager and Trainer for new staff members.
In 2017, Cathy became a Facility Security Officer (FSO), which included extensive training/testing, as required by the United States Government. In 2021, Cathy was promoted to Director of Human Resources. In this role, she oversees all processes and functions, as it relates to CPI’s human resource department.
Kristie Lohmeier
Head of Marketing

Dedicated and creative, Kristie Lohmeier is the Director of Marketing for Contract Professionals, Inc. (CPI). Kristie currently leads CPI’s marketing team, with a focus on client cultivation and candidate sourcing.
Specializing in building inspired digital content, Kristie also provides CPI with website design and management, SEO content writing, blog creation, comprehensive social media creation and management, as well as all public relations and award candidacy initiatives. Before joining CPI, Kristie was recruited by Campbell Ewald, as part of the Rogue Team; an elite group of social media marketing professionals dedicated to building and expanding (GM) Cadillac’s social media presence in the United States and aboard.
Kristie also acted as the Communications Council Director for the Junior League of Birmingham (JLB). While working for the JLB, Kristie is credited with redeveloping the JLB local brand and integrating a social media content strategy into their overall communication strategy.
Passionate about philanthropy, Kristie was proud to be a partner with Social Venture Partners Pittsburgh; a community of engaged philanthropists who contribute their expertise, skills, networks and finances to grow the impact of nonprofits and tackle Pittsburgh’s greatest challenges.
Gacia Kordyan
Candidate Engagement Specialist

Gacia Kordyan joined CPI to enhance the team’s ability to find and place top-tier talent. With a strong background in recruitment, she brings expertise in sourcing, onboarding, and streamlining processes to meet and exceed hiring goals.
At Job&Talent, Gacia successfully onboarded 200 candidates monthly, trained new team members, and contributed to record earnings in net profits during peak operations. Her skills in team development and innovative problem-solving make her a vital part of CPI’s mission. Gacia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Oakland University and has a proven history of adaptability and collaboration across diverse industries.
Fluent in English and Armenian, she has also demonstrated a deep commitment to service through her volunteer work with MedLife, providing health care to under served communities in Peru and Ecuador. Gacia is passionate about leveraging her expertise to drive team success and deliver exceptional results.
Jimmy Tallent

As a proud U.S. Army veteran with an extensive 28-year service record, Jimmy Tallent dedicated two decades of his life to active duty and an additional eight years in the Army Reserve, contributing his time, talent and commitment to various vital aspects of military service. His journey has been diverse, spanning roles in aviation, transportation, and recruiting, allowing him to develop a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of the military landscape.
Originally hailing from the city of Chattanooga, TN, Jimmy embarked on his military career with a passion for service and a commitment to excellence. Throughout his tenure, he served in dynamic and challenging roles, which included the precision and expertise demanded by the aviation industry, the strategic logistics of transportation, and the interpersonal and leadership skills required in the recruiting field.
In addition to his rich military experience, he pursued and earned a degree in business management, further enhancing his knowledge and capabilities. With this academic achievement, coupled with his practical experience, positioned him as a professional with a comprehensive understanding of both military and business landscapes.

Joe Fisher

I am a seasoned Technical Recruiter and retired U.S. Army Human Resources Specialist with two decades of experience building high-performing teams within government and defense; holding active Secret Clearance. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for directing the full recruiting cycle while providing the optimal candidate and stakeholder experience, as well as for building robust candidate pipelines and relationship networks to proactively meet hiring and staffing needs.
Currently, I am a Technical Recruiter with Contract Professionals Inc. I conduct full cycle recruiting, sourcing specialized engineering and IT positions for civilians and veterans, while piloting the successful placement of qualified candidates into approved government projects and programs. In addition, I liaise with senior leadership, business partners, and hiring teams to ensure the company’s recruitment support structure is driving the business forward with minimal expenditures.

Greg Allen
Team Leader - Defense Solutions

With over 14 years of recruiting experience, Greg specializes in recruiting military veterans for Contract Professionals, Inc.'s defense clients nationwide (CONUS)and overseas (OCONUS). Part of his job is to also mentor new CPI recruiters and assist them in meeting their career objectives.
Greg takes great pride in his ability to support our military veterans, as they navigate the transition process. This includes providing transitioning military personnel with job information and vital career guidance, after they are discharged from the military. Greg regularly works to support transitioning military personnel and veterans by matching their skills to a rewarding career within their area of expertise.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Western Michigan University.
