Nathan MacGirr

Nathan MacGirr supports business development at CPI, helping build strong client relationships and connect companies with workforce solutions across manufacturing, defense, engineering, skilled trades, and professional staffing. With a background in sales and relationship development, Nate brings a practical, people-first approach to understanding client needs and creating long-term partnerships.

Originally from Traverse City, Nate brings a strong sense of community, accountability, and follow-through to his work. He is also a proud Navy veteran, and his military background reflects the discipline, reliability, and mission-focused mindset that align closely with CPI’s veteran-founded heritage and continued commitment to serving defense clients, military veterans, and civilian talent.

Nate is married to Molly, and together they have three boys. Outside of work, he values time with his family and the same principles that guide his professional life: service, trust, and commitment.
