Contract Professionals, Inc. is pleased to announce our new and improved TIP Referral Program! TIP stands for turn information into profit. It’s a rewarding CPI program that offers every employee the chance to earn extra money for identifying potential technical or support personnel.
Here’s how TIP works:
- What if your TIP leads to a hire? How much you earn for a referral depends on the following criteria:
- The qualification level of the person referred.
- The length of time the person stays employed in that position. The person you refer must be employed with CPI for a minimum of 60 consecutive days before you receive your referral payment. Because you are a technical professional, there’s a good chance you’re going to meet or you already know other professionals just like you. Refer them to CPI today! Working for CPI already? You’re in a great position to learn more about current or future employment opportunities.
In order to receive payment for our tip referral program, you will be required to provide your social security number to Contract Professionals, Inc. Please note: Per IRS regulation, payments made to non-employees of $600 or more will require an annual 1099-MISC form to be issued. You will not be issued a 1099-MISC form if your payments made within the current calendar year are less than $600. Effective 6/12/2023 any new referrals will be eligible for the new tip referral amounts. All referrals are valid for one year from the date of receipt.
